You can now purchase your tickets to all of our events right on our website. Not only is it more convenient, but you save money. We are now the first and only lantern festival that doesn’t charge all the extra fee’s when you purchase tickets. How are there no fee’s? Because we cut out the ticketing company, and chose the payment gateway with the lowest fee’s we don’t need to pass on to customers.
All ticketing companies, and most payment gateways raised their fee’s at the beginning of 2019, so expect to see more fee’s at the checkout with other lantern festivals. You can still purchase our tickets on Universe.com but do you really want to pay the extra fee’s for nothing?
We have 3 different ways to pay for your tickets through our website, using Paypal, Square, and now Venmo. When purchasing through our website, you will still receive a digital ticket just like you do if purchased on Universe. Your ticket will be scanned when checking into the event just like before, so the only thing you’re missing out on is the extra fee’s.
