**Indiana we’re officially rescheduling the event so we can get Eventbrights mess cleared up. Many purchased tickets through our partners listing on Eventbrights website and they caused a panic we’re still handling.
Everyone’s tickets are automatically transferred to the new date, which will be sent out next week with the location and all information needed. The new dates we’re looking at are the end of next month or first of September, they’re waiting for the venue to say which date is available.
All current ticket holders will get to bring one extra FREE guest. They’re also a lot of extra cool fun activities that will be going on that were set to be released through email only but I think the owner will be officially announcing it later this evening on a post so look for it later.
You’re definitely going to be glad you purchased tickets for the Indiana Festival.
Just when you thought all the joy was being sucked out of life, Light the Night is here to bring the fun back. Watch the night sky glow after jamming to live music, capturing your Foodie posts for Instagram with the food vendors, snagging cool merch, and enjoying all the available activities with your friends and family, you’ll release lanterns full of dreams, goals and wishes into the universe.
Several tickets have sold today. Get yours before they sell out.
Light The Night only uses Premium ECO, wire-free Sky Lanterns.
Premium ECO wire-free Sky Lanterns are manufactured with the best craftsmanship and are made of high quality, wire free, rice paper with a non combustible wax fuel cell.
Includes a pre-attached upgraded fuel cell (made of wax). Burn time approximately 3-5 minutes. Made of fire resistant rice paper 100% Biodegradable (wire free). Approximate Dimensions: Width: 21 Inches, Height: 29 Inches
Clean up; We track our lanterns flight travel and send out a clean up crew to where they land to retrieve them. If one gets missed, it’s biodegradable so it causes no harm to the environment as it breaks down rather quickly.
Safety; Today’s Sky Lanterns pose no harm to animals or the environment as they are not made with the materials of the past. We do not attempt to release lanterns when the wind is 10 mph or higher, we do not release them in the rain where it could cause them to prematurely begin to descend. Sky Lanterns are like hot air balloons, the fire is used for them to take flight, and the lantern doesn’t begin to descend until the fuel cell is barely lit, therefore they will not fall prematurely and catch anything on fire.
We watch the weather very closely and will reschedule an event if weather conditions are not right to release them. We also give out a flyer instructing attendees how to properly lite and release their lantern, as well as demonstrating during the event.
